In 1999 Litigation Capital Investors, Inc. was founded by Jim Welch in order to help accident victims pay their living expenses while their cases are pending. Since then we have provided over $40 million to more than 10,000 clients.

Jim Welch has been an attorney since 1969 and was admitted to practice in three states, California where he spent most of his career as well as Ohio and Colorado. For 20 years he had a successful, diverse litigation practice, then he became an executive in the insurance industry for 10 years where he saw first-hand how insurance companies drag out cases in an attempt to pressure desperate accident victims to settle cheap.
